PROBLEM: Feedback revealed that employees struggled with accurately using the clock for essential tasks, leading to errors and inefficiencies. Employees expressed the need for a simple, accessible resource that could be easily referenced directly at the clock.
SOLUTION:
In response, I designed a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) as a comprehensive, "one-stop shop" for clock-related tasks. This guide was created to be posted directly on the clock, providing clear, quick instructions. The implementation of the QRG resulted in an 90% increase in employee accuracy for punches and overall clock use, significantly improving efficiency for all users.
