PROBLEM: The organization faced the challenge of transitioning over 10,000 employees to the new UKG Ready system. It was critical that every employee be proficient in this comprehensive HR and workforce management system to ensure a smooth transition and maintain productivity & proper payment. 

SOLUTION: To address this challenge, I developed a tailored Blackboard Employee Training Module specifically for UKG Ready. The course was designed to be user-friendly and scalable, catering to employees of varying technical skills. It featured interactive tutorials, assessments, and support resources that guided employees through every aspect of the UKG Ready system. The module successfully trained all employees, enabling them to confidently use the new system, thereby ensuring business continuity and allowing the organization to fully leverage the benefits of UKG Ready.

PROBLEM: The client struggled with assisting teachers in utilizing the new cloud-based platform, ClassFlow. Additionally, teacher morale was low, largely due to a lack of confidence in using the software. A school-wide survey revealed that teachers were highly concerned about their workload in teaching and preparation, feeling their needs were being overlooked. They expressed a strong desire for solutions that would help ease their daily responsibilities. 

SOLUTION:After a needs analysis, it was clear that teachers needed resources to optimize prep time, and leadership needed to engage in professional development. I developed a self-paced ClassFlow course that could be completed at their convenience, designed with feedback and storyboarding to ensure it met the needs of both teachers and leadership. The 25-minute course, requiring an 80% completion rate, provided certificates upon completion, helping to build confidence and improve the teaching environment.
